MoU with National Research Institute of
Unani Medicine and Skin Disorders

Hyderabad, Telangana, India

  • Academic collaboration to produce audio visual resources in promoting Unani medicine as
    alternate system of medicine.


  • NRIUMSD to provide necessary Resource Persons on a particular topic as mutually agreed.

  • IMC to provide technical facilities to produce the programme.

  • IMC will share the link of produced program with NRIUSMD

  • Joint Research Projects in collaboration with School of Sciences, MANUU


MoU with Nalsar University of Law

The Instructional Media Centre recently entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with the Nalsar University of Law, Hyderabad to produce online content.

  • A Memorandum of Understanding for two years (2018-19) with ETV Urdu Channel, Hyderabad for Collaboration in Transmission of Urdu Enrichment Programmes.

  • The Core Objective of this MoU is to provide the vast plethora of Urdu Speaking audience with programmes pertaining to the language and is explore and bring to the audience, a refined image of the Urdu culture and how it has such colossal contribution to the field of Arts.

The Instructional Media Centre recently entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with the Communication University of China in Beijing where exchange in the following areas :

  1. Training and Research in the field of Educational Media, Film and TV Technologies.

  3. Exchange of media professionals, academics, students and scholars.

  4. Organising International Seminars, Conferences and Symposium on various aspects of communication.

  7. New Audio-Visual Media trainings.

  8. Digital Broadcasting Technology Trainings.

MoU with Communication University of China


An MoU with Indira Gandhi National Centre for Arts (IGNCA) New Delhi under Ministry Of Culture, Govt of India was made for creating digital archives of international standard through IGNCA and its partnering institutions.

The Objective of MoU is setting up the National Cultural Audio Visual Archives and engaging a vast spread of Urdu audience with educational content and setting up a digital repository of audio visual material culled out of governmental and non governmental institutions and individuals who agree to be a part of the project.

Besides having a regular programme production schedule, The IMC staff is also tediously involved in various consultancies, workshops, training and thematic lectures to various organisations.

Director, IMC, Mr. Rizwan Ahamd has been called at the helms of various Institutions for his expertise in the field. 

  • The Central Research Institute of Unani Medicine (CRIUM), Hyderabad called Mr. Rizwan for a talk on promotion of Hindi Language on social media.

  • The National Institute of Rural Development and Panchayat Raj (NIRDPR) has honoured Director, IMC twice by calling him to judge their prestigious annual National Rural Film Festivals in 2018 and 2019.

  • The National Academy of Legal Studies & Research (NALSAR) called Mr. Rizwan for an Orientation Workshop of Teachers on Video Lecture Production Techniques

  • The National Science Film Festival, Mohali 2019, organised by Vigyan Prasar, Dept. of Science & Technology, Govt. of India called Director, IMC for a discourse on Inclusion of Science & Health in Media & Journalism courses.

  • The Academic Staff college has also repeatedly called the Director, IMC for workshops on Video Production techniques.

  • The technical staff such as Camerapersons, Editors & Technicians are involved in training students enrolled in the Mass Communication and Journalism programmes offered by the University.
